There are lots of activities for you to choose from at The Firs Day Care Centre.
We have big gardens where you can help us grow vegetables and care for our many animals.
You can also come along on our trips out. We often go swimming, bowling, trampolining and to the zoo.
Spa Pool
We have our own spa pool. You can splash around or have a relaxing soak in the warm and soft tub. It’s also a soothing way to ease any aches and pains.
Sensory Room
If you want to relax and chill out you will find comfort in our Sensory Room.
There are lots of pretty lights and colours in this room with a soft and cushioned floor to lie down on.
Our friendly animals include:
Goats
Sheep
Chickens
Ducks
Guinea Pigs
Finches, Budgerigars, Cockatiels and Quails
This year we have hatched our first ducklings
Helping us to look after the animals can be lots of fun.
You can help us feed and groom them and collect fresh eggs from our chickens
The Gardens
Helping out with our gardens is a great way to enjoy the outdoors. We grow fruit, vegetables and beautiful flowers. You can help us plant seeds and care for them as they grow. Our bright and colourful gardens are a wonderful place to chill out and listen to our birds and animals.
Ball Pools
We have an indoor and outdoor ball pool.
It’s good fun to roll around in or just relax and enjoy story time.
Music Room
Making noise in the music room is great fun.
Tap away on our drums and tambourines or show off your skills on the guitar.
Arts & Crafts
If you like to see your work up on the wall, join in with our arts and crafts activities.
Here you can draw, paint and make collages with friends.
